Ultra-compact USB interface. Illuminated information provides immediate indications about the status of the interface. Transferring data to a PC allows divers to view and manage their dive data and supplement it with additional information for a complete logbook. The dive simulator is a useful divertraining tool and analysis instrument. Currently for use with Nemo Wide, Nemo Air, Puck and Puck Air.

This is a great piece of tech. With it you can easily keep track of your past dive profiles and this info is great to have in addition to the written dive log. I would highly recommend it. (Posted on 9/9/2015)

"I bought the Mares Puck diving computer when it was going out of the Market (been replaced by Mare Puck Pro) and bought this interface to download the dives data into my PC.
It worked with Windows 8 without issues and now I can keep my diving information with safety at my computer.
The Mares software is very easy to use and provides all information that you need to know when analyzing your dive." (Posted on 9/9/2015)

The Interface works as advertised. It's "In my Opinion" way over priced! To me, It shouldn't cost more than $10. The program is okay. Needs more instructions on how to read the graphs. (Posted on 9/9/2015)
Nice to get dive data but pretty pricy Review by Mark R. "From Amazon"

I was very happy with the data I was able to extract from my Mares Drive Puck 2. However, this interface is very pricy for a cable that should be at least 1/2 the price you pay. I love the data I got but not the price, otherwise I'd give it another star. (Posted on 9/9/2015)

Way too expensive for what you get but that is how they pay for the software. It works. (Posted on 9/9/2015)
just like the software for Nemo Wide Review by Tim G "From Amazon"

The software that came with it, just like the software for Nemo Wide, even though you tell it English, it installs with all Itialian commands. But pretty forward installation. Took some getting use to set up and sync with dive computer, but it did download all the dives into the log book. Over priced for just a cable, but it does what it says it will. If you don't want to manually enter your dives, this will save some time. (Posted on 9/9/2015)
All Functionality Appears to Work Fine on a Mac Review by Colorado "From Amazon"

"Our family has three Puck Pros, so I sprung for one cable. Even with three Puck Pros it was grossly overpriced. Effectively, it's just a standard USB cable and a separate plastic clip with two metal contact points. The plastic clip is the part you need and what you're paying for. But as others have said, there's really no choice.

After installing a driver from a third party web page onto our Mac, I was able to upload dives from the Puck Pros just fine. I also successfully updated all three Puck Pros to the latest firmware rev (as of the date of this review, 3.33). You need to position the clip properly, but I did not have any issues keeping it on any of the three computers. A green light means the clip is just powered by the Mac, red means it's actually electrically connected to the Puck Pro (if you see red and DiversDiary still can't see the Puck Pro, you may not have fully installed the third party driver. Note that installation of this driver on a Mac required a restart as well). At that point, if the Mac has all the drivers you need, the DiversDiary app can do its magic.

I would recommend not touching it or bumping the clip while updating the firmware, and make sure you have plenty of battery before updating. The firmware updates did not erase any of the data on the Puck Pros, and didn't take very long.

The software is fun to look at and play with, although it's none too stable (it crashes occasionally). That, the ability to update the firmware, and sharing the cable between the three computers made it somewhat worthwhile to purchase one cable in our case. I don't think I'd be very happy buying this if I only had one Puck Pro." (Posted on 9/9/2015)
