Great idea, works like a charm, but it won't fit in your carry-on bag

If you're tired of a slimy, smelly wetsuit on the 2nd day of diving, then this little gem is for you. Pros: - The hanger is solid enough to hold a wet 7mm full suit w/o any problems. - The supplied cord is about 15' long so you'll probably not need an extension cord. - A full suit hung up at 9pm will be dry by 6am, a shorty even quicker - Your suit will be dry and smell CLEAN (no wet dog odor) Cons: (still gave it 5 stars) - Too bulky to easily carry on a plane - A bit noisy...you'll want to leave it in the bathroom if you're in a Hotel - The hanger take a bit of elbow grease to install during assembly

    dry wetsuit = happy surfer

Posted by David L. - via Amazon on Jun 24th 2015

This product is well designed and does a wonderful job of drying a wetsuit overnight. --it would be fantastic if it had an auto kill switch (24 hours or something) but it comes with an extra long cord, which is quite useful.

    Worth the money

From owning many wetsuits before, I wanted to be able to extend the life of the suit and avoid the slight odors you get when drying the suit. I also think the summer time is worse because the inside part of the suit which is not getting ventilation is building up bacteria. This thing works super fast and drys the whole wetsuit in just a few hours as opposed to a whole day or two. I thought it was a little big at first, but now I realize its designed that way so that air gets pushed into the sleeves as well. They should design smaller versions for women and smaller suits, but I am not big (5'9\" - 165lbs) and it fits my suits with only a little effort. This thing is great for drying my suits in a lot less time, making it completely dry for my next dawn patrol session in the winter.

    wetsuit dryer

Dry's wetsuit in 10 hours, great for when I surf multipal days in a row. There is nothing worse than putting on a cold, wet, wetsuit in the morning. This hanger is well built and has a long cord that makes it easy to plug in.

    Pleasantly surprised!!

Posted by Colin O - via Amazon on Jun 24th 2015

I wasn't really expecting this to work as well as it does, especially for the money, but I love it! It's like I have a blowdryer coming out of each of the arms and legs, way more air than I expected it to be pumping through. My full 4/3 wetsuit is always dry by the next morning, the cord is very long and it's quite sturdy. My one trick that I use with this device is I put a big shoelace around the two arms so they barely touch the sides of the wetsuit and as the water drips out of the armholes they land in the bucket perfectly. Otherwise (with or without this particular hanger) it lands all over, and the added force of the air blowing through made this a little more extreme ;) My only complaint I guess it the fan is a little loud and so I now dry the wetsuit in a room further away from the one I sleep in. This also keeps me from being startled by \"\"someone\"\" standing in my room when I get up in the middle of the night ;)

    Works as advertised

    Posted by J. R. - via Amazon on Jun 24th 2015

Does exactly what it's supposed to. A bit loud when running but since it's moving a bunch of air and actually helps dry the wetsuit, I can't complain.

Overall great for its task, just a bit noisy.

Posted by Mickey O - via Amazon on Jun 24th 2015

I agree with the other reviews. The long cord helps to connect the fan and have the wetsuit hanging somewhere a bit far from the plug, like in the shower. And it's true, an auto-kill switch or timer would be a nice addition. The fan is on the noisy side, and it will be a little annoying at night. But if you come from a long day surfing, you'll probably be tired enough to crash and not bother.

    UK HangAir Drying System

Posted by toker01 - via Amazon on Jun 24th 2015

Although the UK HangAir Drying System is advertised to dry a wet suit I use it to dry my motorcycle leathers. I hang it in the trailer and plug it in to 12 volts during lunch break at the track or overnight if it's a two day even and it does a great job of drying my racing leathers.
